IHDCYH Publications & Resources
In April 2007, IHDCYH, the National Child and Youth Health Coalition, and the SickKids Foundation jointly published a document outlining the major priorities for Canadian child and youth health research. The brochure also provides salient facts related to child and youth health in Canada, list key gaps in our knowledge, and suggests on how the new research knowledge can be applied to improve the health and health care of Canada’s children and youth. Hard copies of the document are also available upon request.

In 2005, IHDCYH initiated a new strategic planning process and a new strategic plan was developed for 2006-2010. This new strategic plan reflects the knowledge and experience we have gained over our first 5 years, and the input of researchers, clinicians, policy makers, funding partners, and other stakeholders across the country. You can learn more about our strategic goals and research priorities by reading our new strategic plan.
