New Investigator Salary Award – Deadline change

(2013-07-17) The CIHR New Investigator Salary Award competition deadline will be changing effective for the Fall 2013 competition. This change will allow CIHR to gain operational efficiencies. The new application deadline will be December 2, 2013 (rather than September 15). The anticipated notice of decision remains the same as in previous competitions - June 30.

Although the deadline date is delayed for the upcoming competition, the eligibility of candidates will not be impacted for this year. Please note that exceptionally for this competition, applicants' eligibility will be calculated as of September 15, 2013.
