The site is a platform for consumers, consumers, health care professionals, researchers, communities and others to engage in, communicate and take action on key strategies to prevent and manage the risks of hypertension.

The development and maintenance of Hypertension Talk has been funded by the The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and the Canadian Institute for Health Research Chair in Hypertension Prevention and Control.
