Backgrounder - Harper Government invests in Manitoba health research

[ Press Release 2013-05 ]

The Harper Government, through the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, has funded 18 new health research projects led by researchers affiliated with the University of Manitoba, representing a new investment of $3.5 million. This funding is part of a total health research investment of $15.2 million in the province of Manitoba for 2012-2013. The length of the projects range from one to five years.
