Submit an application

ResearchNet

• All applications must be submitted electronically by the deadline date.
• The signed signature pages must be uploaded to ResearchNet as part of your submission before the deadline date.
• The final task of the application is "Consent and Submit Application"; when you select the "Submit to CIHR" button, your application is submitted.
• Official transcripts of your complete academic record (if required) must be courier-stamped by the deadline date and forwarded to CIHR in the original sealed envelope from the institution; certified true copies will only be accepted from institutions outside North America.
• Send transcripts to:
