CIHR Synapse Mentorship Awards 2013
The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Synapse Mentorship Awards are given out to emphasize the importance of mentors in developing Canada's next generation of health researchers. The CIHR Synapse Mentorship Awards honour persons who have made exceptional contributions to the promotion of health research among Canadian secondary school students.
The three awards, which are presented to one graduate student/postdoctoral fellow student, one accomplished researcher and one research group, recognize the efforts of those who promote health research among Canada's high school students. All award recipients share their passion for research and their scientific know-how with today's youth - who will be tomorrow's innovators!
The next call for nominations to be received by CIHR will be on or before January 25, 2013.
